Jazz Fest draws record crowds with Rolling Stones; boosts local economy
NEW ORLEANS (WVUE) - Dozens of people are manning forklifts and pickup trucks to tear down what may have been the biggest Jazz Fest ever. With headliners like the Rolling Stones and very little rain, tourism officials say 97% of the city’s hotel rooms were occupied, and nearly a half million people attended.
